Makes it more interesting finding out you were surfing over reef _after_ you get out the water. I guess that fact that the take off was between two rocks and then you had to thread between another two should’ve been a giveaway 😅
First time surfing Black Rock, Bude, with super clean 3-4’ left-handers (at least to start with) and an easy-paddling 16sec swell period.
